Fig. 6 HEATR1 knockdown PDOs were prone to PANoptosis and enhanced DC-primed CD8+ T cell expansion. A PDOs and PMBC-derived CD8+ T cells and immature DCs were obtained from the same patient. After pulsing with PDO supernatants, mature DCs were cocultured with CD8+ T cells.
