I picked up a paint by number while getting some groceries last week and its been a nice personal relaxation time. I think this only cost about $20 for the kit! Also I learned quite a bit about color after seeing the finished results!

Halfway through the paint by number artwork. Starting to seethe outline of the wolf. At this point the background isn't super well defined, nor can I tell if the light source is the sun or moonAll finished! They even included some metallic gold for accents and highlights^^ I never would have guessed that some of the vibrant colors would work so well alongside more muted tones! This immediately went up on my wall. Now I feel more of a desire to draw again! The wolf is sitting on a hill with the light from both the sunset and the moon reflecting on its fur. There's the silhouette of a tree in the lower right corner and up in the sky, some stars shimmer.
