A home inspection is only as good as the inspector doing it. The @reptinadavis.com bill to create licensing and training requirements has passed the #PAHouse:

On Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we honor the rich cultures, traditions and lasting contributions of Indigenous communities who have shaped Pennsylvania’s history and continue to enrich our Commonwealth.
There’s always time for a little fun and to make a plan to vote! 😄
Pennsylvania, the voter registration deadline is October 19. Get registered, know your options and make sure you’re ready for Election Day on November 3.
And yes… they really got me in that bounce house. 😂
Nothing makes us prouder than seeing our PA House alumni thrive! 🎓
It was great catching up with Dola, who spent a summer with us and has since earned his master’s in Sports Management.
His advice to students: stay focused and keep going, you’re almost there! 💪🏾 #PAHouse
Neighbors, in observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day, our district office will be closed on Monday, October 12.
We look forward to serving you again when our office reopens on Tuesday, October 13!
Independent voters shouldn't be locked out of primaries. The #PAHouse just voted — across party lines — to let them in. That's not a Republican or Democratic win. It's a win for democracy. The Senate should finish the job.

First week back and we’re just getting started! 🙌🏾 Proud of my colleagues in the #PAHouse and all we accomplished this week.
Hello, October! Let’s get to work. 🧡

Our statement in support of our colleague @repkenyatta.com
& echoing the calls for the resignation of Rep. Aaron Bernstine. There's no place in the #PaHouse nor in our state for hate speech & the reported abhorrent rhetoric espoused by Bernstine

We know our communities are facing tough economic times and the number of neighbors facing food insecurity grows daily. As the weather turns colder and winter draws near, I reminded my #PAHouse colleagues that it's our responsibility to make sure people have what they need.
Manufactured home communities are being bought up & squeezed to death by private equity firms. #PAHouse passed my legislation to help prevent this but #PASenate has done NOTHING. To learn more & contact your Senator go to pahouse.com/TakeAction?a.... youtu.be/dGqGTsz4BMM
My legislation that would give you the option to make a $5 donation through PennDOT services to support deaf and hard-of-hearing services, Shriners Hospitals for Children, fire companies, and EMS, passed the #PaHouse unanimously!
We are so proud of everything he’s gone on to accomplish since serving as Director of my district office— congratulations Chris and I look forward to working together!

Birth control is healthcare, full stop. The #PAHouse already passed a bill requiring insurers to cover all FDA-approved contraception — now the state Senate needs to move.

She continues to serve her community in the Court of Common Pleas in Luzerne County and we’re so proud to see everything she’s accomplished!

2of2 For years ending closed primaries has been a bipartisan solution that never gets a final @PALegis vote.
Now a bill is moving toward the House floor. Is it possible that #PAHouse & #PASenate can find a way to pass it?
PA voters are watching.

The #PAHouse passed HB 1250 to protect 250,000+ manufactured home residents from predatory rent hikes by private equity speculators, but it's been collecting dust in a Senate committee since.
Working families deserve better. Call your state Senator and demand a vote.
