Finished #OtherWorldsThanThese today. Reread all the DT books, The Stand, Talisman, Black House, Gwendy trilogy, Hearts in Atlantis, IT and a few tales from Skeleton Crew and Nightmares and Dreamscapes since it was announced. Sigh I wanna do it all again. Lol. #books #horror #booksky #horrorsky
@justindrabek.bsky.social18 chapters in to ##OtherWorldsThanThese and absolutely in love with this book.
Really not rushing this journey with Jack Sawyer.
@matthewewald.bsky.socialI began traveling with #JackSawyer when we were both 12 years old. His life outpaced mine because I was 19 by the time I reached #BlackHouse & good ol' Traveling Jack was in his 30s. I just finished #OtherWorldsThanThese & regardless of age or time...my journey with Jack is one I will NEVER forget.
@justindrabek.bsky.socialBilly Bumbler!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #OtherWorldsThanThese
@chuckabilly.bsky.social@justindrabek.bsky.social15 chapters into #OtherWorldsThanThese and its everything I wanted it to be and more, but its definitely a book that not only requires you to read the first two in the Talisman Trilogy, but the whole Dark Tower series.

@justindrabek.bsky.social13 Chapters into #OtherWorldsThanThese and it truly is proving to be the perfect sequel to both The Talisman and Black House and its connection to The Dark Tower is mind blowingly perfect.
This is a gift that keeps on giving.
Thank you Sai King, and thank you to the late Peter Straub.

@justindrabek.bsky.socialThis going to sound silly, but writing about films, and also reading #OtherWorldsThanThese have me feeling more, like, myself in a long time.
Next is to actually get back to my own finished novel, and truly rework it.
