ORDS 26.2.3 via the container image:

ERROR: Required variable ORACLE_USER_PWD is missing or empty. Aborting execution.

The documentation states ORACLE_PWD is needed not ORACLE_USER_PWD. Also even after setting ORACLE_USER_PWD it doesn refuse to start.
