Among the Crowds
I enjoy photographing cities when people are simply living their ordinary lives.
Walking, shopping, talking, meeting, waiting.

I wanted this version to feel almost like opening a book.
The pages turn with the music, while the landscape remains quietly behind them.

The orchestra on the page.
Strings, woodwinds, brass and percussion gradually finding their place within the same musical landscape.

Some memories become music.
And sometimes the music eventually becomes pages that can be followed again.

This turned up in my music teacher's collection of LP's when I was 12 or 13. Borrowed it, listened several times and enjoyed it, then forgot about it for fifty years. Found it again randomly a few months ago. Enjoyed it again.
