I was permitted to invade the sovereign personal space of #NotMyCat this morning while providing treats!! Only a few brief brushes to the upper back and I didn't push my luck, but I have now touched her! And she's taken treats from the hand of all three of us!

A plump brown tabby with her left ear notched (showing she's previously been through TNR) crouches on the deck right next to my chair, looking extremely expectant because she has finished the first serving of treats and requires a refill.

BigRiverCo have delivered George's book (also Wolf Worm), and #notmycat (a large ginger one) visited the garden while I was making myself a coffee. Time to put my feet up and read/relax, I think.

A quick "grab shot" of #notmycat through the kitchen door into the very cluttered and overgrown garden. The ginger cat is sitting on the path, looking over its shoulder at me with great suspicion.

Yes. Lots of people have a pet #NotMyCat who uses their house. My friend and her partner used to shelter, feed and snuggle their next door neighbour's cat Peanut.

We don't have coyotes etc so cats are fairly safe.

Just watched #NotMyCat leap up on the garage roof to curl up behind the vent for warmth. We have a heated shelter coming for her soon, thankfully 😂
