I went back to Holme Beach to try and get better shots of the Shore Larks, before leaving Norfolk. Fortunately the 3 birds were fantastically obliging. The wind and rain squalls were more of a challenge! #Holme #Norfolkbirds

Jack Snipe from the 1st NWT hide at Holme Beach this morning. Very well camouflaged, every time I glanced away, I lost it again! #Holme #Norfolkbirds
I went back to Holme Beach this morning, before heading back down to Devon tomorrow. This female Kestrel popped up on a bush by the track on the way out, and I was able to use the car as a mobile hide to get a close shot. #holme #norfolkbirds
Cracking weather at Holme Beach this afternoon, although the wind could have been a bit less brisk. Found the very laid-back Snow Bunting and had a tantalisingly brief encounter with three Shore Larks. Very chuffed. #norfolkbirds #holme
