@zombify.bsky.social#ngl the bigger part of this issue isnt *just* the ai but the fact they're backtracking on their stance about it AND not even telling the users because they're too scared of the backlash
its bad or worse out here anyway
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialI have a similar attitude towards Marvel media as I do the comics in that I don’t really have any desire to get deep into it or stay “current,” but I’ve seen a few here and there. I haven’t seen an Avengers movie since the first one, and I watched about half of the Netflix era Marvel shows. #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialI have gno opinion #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialShe’s never had her own series, so the best you can really do is Gerry Conway’s Firestorm, followed by John Ostrander’s Firestorm #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialI’d say the most impressed I’ve ever been by a crossover is JLA/Avengers, when I usually get nothing at all out of Marvel/DC crossovers. #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialFantagraphics for when I feel like reading a big boy book #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialThanks to @losthiskeysman.bsky.social’s excellent DC GO! interpretation, QWSP #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialThe latter. My favorite explanation for it is that it’s a meditative practice on intentionality, forcing her to consider the content of her spell. #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialIn 2016, every comic creative team for the DC Rebirth titles put out their own Spotify playlists that inspired the mood of their book. I wish DC did something like that for every title with whoever felt like it. #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialThe LiveJournal roleplaying community I was a part of in 2010 that changed the trajectory of my entire life #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialThey have worked together in the past. Snart is always a professional when it comes to team-ups, and Fries is, by his nature, cold. #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialDepending how strict you are with the definition there, I’d say so. The Crime Syndicate alone technically has them all covered. #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialI’d say it’s situationally dependent. Both have their place, and it’s all about whether you’d like to see a larger collaboration, or each individual team take on the same premise in their own way. Both are interesting. My preference is for when they’re done well. #ngl
@alexjaffe.bsky.socialAt this point I’m really interested in the idea of an Absolute Constantine. Kelly Thompson has said that it was nearly impossible to think of how you make his whole situation even more dire, but that is a challenge I’d like to see someone take on. #ngl
@randibaby000.bsky.social@randibaby000.bsky.socialWell I have already played in those places 😋
I would say woods or car though 😋
