ARMY, we present to you Well Women Trust, that OIAA proposes you to support in honor of our Jimin's birthday 🐣 This grassroots New Zealander NGO provides people giving birth with the mental health support they need for this wonderful but challenging adventure 👶

Pregnancy and early motherhood can be an overwhelming time, and for many women, depression, anxiety, isolation and emotional distress become an unfortunate part of that journey. In Aotearoa, thousands of women experience perinatal depression or anxiety each year, yet many do not meet the threshold for funded mental health services, leaving māmā and their whānau without the support they need. In celebration of Jimin’s birthday, One In An ARMY is happy to support Well Women Trust’s work providing free, lived-experience peer support to women navigating mental health challenges while trying to conceive, during pregnancy, and throughout early parenthood. Well Women Trust’s impact: 100% of women reported improved mental wellbeing after attending peer support groups 98% gained practical tools to help manage their mental health 98% felt part of a supportive network to build new connections Have offered compassionate, community-based care for over 15 years Together, ARMY can make sure more māmā have someone beside them when they need support most.
