As part of #NationalCadetsWeek this weekend I was pleased to attend the 1451 Haverhill Squadron, RAF Air Cadets
In the afternoon, I enjoyed a tour or Little Bradley farm, many thanks and All Saints church is a fellow round tower church as is St Giles in Risby

t’s the UK’s first ever National Cadets Week. Thank you to all of the Cadet units and all their volunteers who give young people in Bolton South and Walkden confidence, skills and purpose. Many units are holding open days this Saturday 10 October. #NationalCadetsWeek

This week is the very first #NationalCadetsWeek! We're really fortunate to have a number of local cadet organisations in our area, which can only do the work they do thanks to the tireless efforts and dedication of volunteers and young people.

As we prepare to celebrate National Cadets Week (5-11 Oct), we are honoured to share a special message from His Majesty The King to Cadets, Adult Volunteers, families and supporters across the UK's Cadet Forces.
