Finally going over to the #mxtxtober26 for today’s prompt: butterfly.

A very loose sketch of Xie Lian with a butterfly on his hand. The pose has been copied from a screenshot of Snow White.

Day 15: Butterfly

What better way to relax than being with the bunnies and enjoying the awakening of butterflies in the meadow.

Wei Ying and Lan Zhan sitting together wit the bunnies, watching butterflies flying around. (Well Lan Zhan is watching Wei Ying).

Day 14: Alone

When they both thought they were alone. (This could be at the same time, or Lan Zhan could also be after Wei Ying was gone from the world.)

[ #Artsky #TraditionalArt #ArtistsOnBluesky #Art #MXTXtober26 #MDZS #Wangxian]

Split image. Left one is Wei Ying as the Yiling Patriarch sitting on a rock, all alone staring up at the full moon, with dead trees and mountains behind him.

Lan Zhan on the right, sitting up front with his Guqin out, playing. The trees and mountains have life in them.

Day 13: Teacher

I felt like some modernverse for some reason, but who is teaching who here? XD

I do sometimes just barely scratch the prompts, but I'm happy either way.

[ #Artsky #TraditionalArt #ArtistsOnBluesky #Art #MXTXtober26 #MDZS #Wangxian]

Moderverse Lan Zhan and Wei Ying sitting together doing homework? Lan Zhan with braided hair over his shoulder touching Wei Yings hand with the pen, while Wei Ying is trying to write something.

Did this so we can now argue whose calligraphy is more atrocious: Hua Cheng's or mine.
(please don't come for me, I tried my worst to have it like this)

Day 12: Cooking

There is a reason Lan Zhan is the one cooking most of the time (also because he loves cooking for his husband).

[ #Artsky #TraditionalArt #ArtistsOnBluesky #Art #MXTXtober26 #MDZS #Wangxian]

Wei Ying cooking rice with waaaaay too much chili in it. Lan Zhan is a little worried.

#MXTXTober26 Cooking & #PoorlyDrawnOctober ? I played with colored lineart today. Def my first fav tho

Cooking is an expression of love. A very... laborious one in Mobei Jun's case.

#svsss #mobeijun #moshang

A first person perspective drawing of Mobei Jun's hands as he makes hand oulled noodles. Both he and his work surface are covered in flour. His recipe scroll is in poor condition. But it looks like he might have the method down as poorly illustrated in his recipe
