Coon Creek Beach in MontaƱa De Oro State Park, California, can only be accessed at low tide. With the tide at low level, the tide pools, seaweed, rocks and cliff cave are accessible. The cliff is white with dark discoloration at the base from normal tide levels. A large dark arch in the cliff is a cave that also opens facing the ocean. The sand is very coarse, and the sky is blue.
