@sboemn.bsky.socialHaving a Dark Horse porter 5.7% and a Brimstone Trippel at #boomislandbrewing. The Trippel is deceptively smooth at9.5% and is a little more subtle than some. The porter has nice mouth feel with a touch of bitterness at the end. Both are definitely worth trying! #mnbeer #craftbeer #brewery
@sboemn.bsky.socialEnjoying a Baltic porter and Czech dark in #Jordan MN. They were both well balanced examples of the style. It's a place worth checking out! #brewdetat #craftbeer #mnbeer
