Last but not least: This mini is beat up and rough looking, but there's a reason. I've had it since I was a kid in the 90s and I vowed if I ever painted up the #BlackThorns, this would be Rose's.

I went back and forth on Myoto's Grand Dragon. There is no canon scheme listed, so I went with gray & gave her subtle details (number, cockpit & laser colors) to set her apart, but still fit

This one's kind of honorary...they captured it in the first book and mention having it in the second, but I don't know if they ever actually fielded it...but, hey - Marauder II

Second of two Timber Wolves. I'm really glad that, when setting aside minis for this project, I thought to grab two different Timby poses.

#COL will have a decent recovery drive but fail to get into the points. #HAD will be in the points off the line and will pass everyone but the #Mercs within 15 laps & stay there. #NOR, #PIA, #LEC & #GAS will be in a bunch for 8-10 laps but tire deg will take out the #Ferrari & #Alpine.

I like to picture this guy tripping over the streetlight at top speed.

This might be one of the dumbest things I've done for detail: I made a custom base with appropriate pegs for the jump version of the Shadow Hawk, even though it's 98% covered in jump form.

Kitten's Panther. I always felt this character was WAY too on the nose.

Next up is Rianna Rose's Phoenix Hawk. This is the metal mini so that I could give her the upgraded variant she canonically had.

After painting the Banshee, I revisited my #BlackThorns. Finished up the whole unit, as well as spruced up my existing ones with new bases, like this Charger.
