Windows の Claude Desktop で、自作の MCP サーバーが起動のたびに数秒で切れるようになった件です。原因は、作業ディレクトリが system32 だったことと、ログを相対パスで開いていたこと。以前は Desktop を管理者で起動していたので、System32 にログを作り続けたまま動いていました。
Claude Code で同じことが起きる条件も実測しています。
