Work sent me to Atlanta a month too early for MagicCon #MCAtlanta, but I still got to see some of the sights

Since it was just me and not the kids, I took Lightning McQueen to see the city for them

Just to put it out there, my Atlanta badge arrived today via FedEx so watch for your deliveries.

I haven't checked yet to see if I was sent tracking ahead of time.

Hope that everyone is doing well. Missed you tons, and excited to catch up soon!

Oh, and see you at #MCAtlanta

Love sorting through a bunch of cards that are of that "man this is good but also I never play it so might as well sell it" quality and get like a $300 buylist out of it.

(And that covers the #MCAtlanta cosplay upgrades and new stuff purchases 😂)

The Gathering rushes ever closer, Planeswalkers. We're just 1 Month till #MCAtlanta!

Don't forget to plan your weekend of games and register for Ticketed Play today ✨ mtg.social/MCAtlantaPlay

Never miss one of the best events of the con: draft for free with @melissadetora.bsky.social and team Magic Jank!

Been working on some upgrades/refurbs with @tarmokat.bsky.social's ol Jace cosplay for #MCAtlanta

(P1-3 Removed decade-old broken fairy lights and put two twisted strands for more light density
P4: Started priming 3D printed replacement emblems)

I think I have most of the ribbons for #MCAtlanta figured out. Now to shift focus to cosplay....oh god. Am I going to take a very major plunge and cosplay a major character for once?

Daaaaaaayum!! New playmats just came in from @jankmats.bsky.social Super fast turnaround time! We just may have a couple smaller version with us at #mcatlanta

Who am I seeing at #MCAtlanta next month??

Me: "OOOH the immersive dinner council experience thing at #MCAtlanta is on sale! Lemme see how much it costs."

::sees $299 price tag::

Me:

Bought a 1000 pocket binder for my unknown playtest card collection! That should future-proof me for a while.

Excited to see what @gavinverhey.bsky.social has in store at #MCAtlanta!

Missed last MC for my wedding, but we're so back and officially going to #MCAtlanta! 🥳

I'm hosting some Precon Commander events (two have sold out!) and hanging in the command zone, so come say hi! #WOTCStaff

I really hope they'll still have the Fblthip Fool Tarot shirt at #MCAtlanta, because I've been trying to get this shirt all year and if I can't get it this time I may literally go cry in the Command Zone.

I asked my supervisor for time off for #MCAtlanta and absentmindedly mentioned it was because I am "going to play Magic at a convention"

"Oh you're into magic shows?"

Yeaaahhhh

Oops

I have been eagerly waiting to make this announcement and today’s finally the day!

You guys can catch me at MagicCon Atlanta in November! I’m so excited for this amazing event! Who all will I see there?!!

GOES WITHOUT SAYIN...
You can find me at #MCAtlanta to close an awesome year of MAGIC. I'll be at the CFP Q&A where you can ask us about Rhystic Study, and you can find me running around the floor and playing Commander games at the Command Zone
