Nachdem Pumpkin Pie auch im 2. Versuch nichts wurde, wollte ich es nun mit Mango-Passionsfrucht-Pie versuchen.

Mit #LongCovid #MECFS dauert es erheblich länger, einen Pie zu machen, als zu gesunden Zeiten. Wegen #MCAS und anderen Intoleranzen ist fertig kaufen aber keine Option.

E.T. schickt allen psychosomatisch diffamierten und misshandelten Seelen, die in Wahrheit unter #MECFS, #POTS, #MCAS u. a. leiden, eine so fette Umarmung, dass kein F dazwischenpasst.

#MCAS update: they took a lot of blood and did a lot of tests and the only thing that popped were a couple potential inflammation markers.

I am NOT allergic to: dust mites (2 kinds), grass, grey alder, sheep sorrel, dogs, or cats. At all.

Sadly tryptase was normal, but hey, progress!

What a day… 🥵
