Day 16: Ship

Really wanted to try and do something a bit different from what others might do with this prompt, and I think I might have succeeded. Adventure starter, "City in the Clouds."

they call him the Fool, but Callos is a dreamer. dreams that have led him to an absolute certainty that hidden above the clouds are people who live lives that those below can only dream of. But what if he’s Right? there is but one way to know for sure. Callos has developed a ship that can travel through the air, suspended by an apparatus that captures the air and rides it into the heavens. he has asked you join him in its maiden voyage. what he asks of you is no small task may not return, but if you do, not only shall there be riches aplenty, but fame and glory shall follow you and your children’s children to the end of time. “who knows,” says he, “we could be saving the world.”

much to your surprise, the ship is quite air-worthy, and sails into the sky with nary a concern. Callos pilots the craft expertly and asks you only to pull rigging when a strong head wind threatens to knock you off course. How does he know the way to go, you might ask. “Research.” He answers, and, if the skies are clear he will show you his journals.

though the journey will be perilous the destination will surely be rewarding. Finally, after 2d4 days, in the distance you will spot
a city rising out of a bank of clouds. impossible to miss it is huge and makes you wonder how such a thing is possible. when you arrive, you
are not greeted by the citizens of this city, but rather their ghosts. It is a ruin, overrun by harpy nests and ailing infrastructure. in fact Callos estimates that whatever is keeping it afloat could fail at any time. leave, before it is too late.

Day 15: Fiber

Could not get the idea of a Ugly Christmas Sweater out of my head. Thus, something a little different for me, but I had fun doing it. (Repost because the quality on the original image was shite)
