Stunning Ludlow Castle, Shropshire. Catherine of Aragon & Prince Arthur lived here for much of their brief married life. Arthur died here in April 1502. Catherine’s concerned mother, Isabel of Castile, referred to Ludlow as that ‘unhealthy place’. #ludlowcastle #ludlow #catherineofaragon #tudor

Welcome visit to Ludlow Food Festival today. The slightly blustery & showery conditions didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of the crowds attending. Always good to see the excellent produce of so many companies from #Shropshire & the Welsh Marches.
