"You should take better care with your body," his voice is so smooth and steady. It offsets Reki and makes him yelp with surprise when Adam forcibly grabs him by the ankle and pulls his leg up, getting the bloody knee right near his lips. "This blood is so precious. You wouldn't want to waste a single drop. Would you?"

Reki, mesmorized, shakes his head "no".

With a smile, Ainosuke leans in and licks up the blood. If there's dirt, gravel, or denim in it that doesn't appear to ruin the taste or the pleasure for the vampire. He laps at it greedily with the flat of his tongue. It stings at first but soon it numbs and Reki starts to feel a little dizzy.

"You taste a little different today," He says fondly. Reki shrugs. He can't imagine why.

"Bad?"

"No, of course not," He insists. "Still sweet. Just different." He brushes his fingers through Reki's hair and the young man shutters. Like a rabbit. A soft trembling thing. "Something for me to ponder."

It throws Reki off. His board falls without his feet. He follows after it but manages to do a tuck and roll just in time to avoid any serious injury.

Adam leans over the lip of the pool, still smiling down at Reki, the sunset casting a golden-orange onto his handsome features, and says, "Is my little Sunny Bunny enjoying himself?"

Reki stands up, dusts himself off, and then picks up his board. He's blushing a little but he hopes it's hard to see; or at least that Ainosuke will mistake it for exertion. "I wasn't sure when you'd be ready for me."

"Yes, Tadashi said you were early. Couldn't wait?"

"We didn't discuss a time so…"

"What's that? You'll have to come up here, Rabbit, I can barely hear you."

In the end, it wasn't exactly how I planned to end it but it does give me a chance to leave it open enough for a sequel. So, I can't complain too much.
