Probably my longest run for 4 years as I persuaded a grumbling body to run 22.5k as part of my #londonmarathon2027 training. It was a loop that took in a misty Greenwich Park & Blackheath, then Charlton and Sutcliffe Parks. #alzheimersresearchuk #greenrunners #jogdivision
