Louisiana Laundry Lizard

When I opened the laundry room window, I found an anole between the screen and the window pane. To paraphrase Groucho, how it got there I don't know. I haven't been able to catch it with my hands, but I did with my camera.

Siamese Green-eyed Gecko (𝘎𝘦𝘬𝘬𝘰 𝘴𝘪𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴), Siamese Ground Skink (𝘚𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘢 𝘳𝘶𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢), & an unfortunately roadkilled Clouded Monitor (𝘝𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘶𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘣𝘶𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘶𝘴) from several days ago. The latter is classified as globally Near Threatened due to exploitation for skin & meat 😢
