Deaths were not caused by Air Embolism at all, therefore Letby did not murder babies by injecting air into veins.
The Court appears to have been seriously misled by Doctor(s) speaking for the Prosecution.

Yet when it comes to other convicted criminals the BBC usually says something like: ‘Mr X, who murdered Mr Y…….’
Note the difference & the implied ‘room for doubt’
