@lowerblock.bsky.socialCHOOSE WHAM! - LEICESTER, 1984
Steve Pyke captures Leicester City's Baby Squad on a Friday night of designer gear, nightclubs and bravado.
An extraordinary record of British football casual culture.

@rossjporter.bsky.socialI remember sending a random email to #lcfc about adding solar to the roof just on a whim many years ago. Never heard back.
@stevegiglio.bsky.socialHow long have I been a critic about the culture at Leicester City?
Brendan Rodgers broke that place in 2022-23. It’s never fully recovered. #LCFC
@stevegiglio.bsky.socialI mean, Leicester City is rotting in League One … they ruined Leicester IMO. We’ll be paying this price for several years. It better be way worse for them.
The thing that really irks me is the Premier League marketed ManCity the way they have knowing what they knew.
Furious over it! #LCFC

@stevegiglio.bsky.socialHow bad have his managers been? That’s profound. #LCFC
@ipapersport.bsky.social"Claudio Ranieri and I didn't see eye to eye at first," says former Leicester City right-back Danny Simpson 🗣️

@stevegiglio.bsky.socialOh wow … ESPN aired a commercial for a Kasey Keller documentary.
I’m gonna watch that one for sure! #LCFC
@stevegiglio.bsky.socialThey better figure it out real quick. Can’t wait until January to panic and make it worse. #LCFC
@footballcentral247.bsky.social#LCFC fans, is it time for Russell Martin to be sacked, or should he be given more time to turn things around? 🤔
@stevegiglio.bsky.socialI had a lot of excitement this morning. Seemed like a great day to watch sports.
My day so far:
⚽️ Leicester City - LOST, 1-3
🏈 West Virginia - LOST, 52-31
⚽️ USWNT - LOST, 0-2
🏒 Pittsburgh Penguins - * Prepared for doom
@stevegiglio.bsky.socialWe saw it … it wasn’t good. #LCFC
@martynslater.bsky.socialRussell Martin has to go
#LCFC
@danielholt.mstdn.games.ap.brid.gyAt this point I'm assuming the #LCFC hierarchy are attempting to become the first team in history to win all four leagues inside the English Football League.
It's the only thing that makes sense. That or rank incompetence.
@stevegiglio.bsky.social@stevegiglio.bsky.socialRobbie Savage … love ya, but what a demoralizing kick in the teeth this was today. #LCFC
@stevegiglio.bsky.socialI feel like I need to post on @lcfcflorida.bsky.social more often and we can start some group therapy. #LCFC
@stevegiglio.bsky.socialI just want to remember happier times and not feel numb. I just want to go to Leicester and #VardyParty again. #LCFC
@stevegiglio.bsky.socialHoly crap. We scored! #LCFC
