A man named Jed pulls his hand back to himself and smiles at the other person.
Jed: How about that. It's completely gone! Thanks, Sissy.

We see Cerise Meadows (AKA Sissy) is the one sitting on the bench, having just healed the man's hand with magic. It's the same woman who helped cure Knell's illness, but now we can clearly see her. She has hair that's dyed light, peachy pink, eyes with a magenta hue, and a dress that has light beige and peach colors. She's petting a small yellow canary that's sitting on her shoulder and smiles uncomfortably at the man.
Sissy: It's fine, but... a little of our salve would've been enough for that cut, I think.
She does not appear to have a Viridian accent like the others.
Jed: And pass up the chance to have you heal me by touch?
Sissy: Uh... heheh...

Devere continues to go through the town on unicornback and happens to come near a large pool of water where a group of people clad in white garb are gathered at. Nearby is a white church building with stained glass windows and a tree with various ribbons tied to it. A keeper (who is like a priest) wearing green robes is in the water and speaking to the crowd.
Keeper: We are those exiled from Eden and denied blessed conjuration.

He continues as Devere and his unicorn slowly passes by on the nearby road. Only one man looks back at him, the rest of the crowd seem mostly focused on the keeper's words, save for one little girl who looks like she's freezing in the water. We see the keeper's back.
Keeper: Our misuse of his gifts tainted the essences, forcing his hand. But God forgives and awaits our purified spirits.

We finally see the keeper from the front. He's a stocky man with neck-length, dark blonde hair and some stubble on his face. He holds up a vial with a lid shaped somewhere between a star and a cross and has a circle at the center of it. A similar symbol can be seen on the church behind him.
Keeper: Today, I've an elixir from the Fold itself! One with these waters, our very souls will be cleansed of sin.

We see Devere is looking on at the scene. His eyebrow is raised and he looks less than impressed.
Keeper (off screen): Praise the All God, and amen!
The crowd: Amen!

Devere turns his head away. His face is now mostly hidden by his cloak.
Devere whispering: Fuck the Fold and their snake oil.

A little while later, we see Devere riding Bill the unicorn through a part of the town of Far Water. Many brown cabins surround the still-wet path he's on, and there's also long moss-filled trees, large jars for collecting water, and a few people going about their everyday business.

We see a woman doing laundry by hand with a washboard (and clearly frustrated with the task) while her baby lays in a wooden cradle that's hanging by ropes from her cabin's porch ceiling.
Baby: Gooo~

We see a father, his daughter, and her grandfather playing a game of horseshoes while talking and enjoying each other's company.

And we once again cut back to Devere who's still riding the unicorn on the path. He lets out a big yawn as he's still tired and this trip is pretty routine. A man in a decorative, feathered hat riding a large, red bird creature called a magnales (which is walking, not flying) has already passed Devere and looks back in awe at the necromancer and his steed.
Man: Whoa...
