Some close-ups! This is the piece with the longest time I took to finish. It's mostly because I was second guessing myself a lot lol.

Thank you for the ❤️.

This is a close-up of the face area of the fanart. The character featured is Kevin Dolak Mallory, from Sr Pelo's series, Spooky Month. This close-up shows Kevin pouting and exhausted from his late night activity of researching for his future. This fanart uses Iselle Kim/ mean velvet's short animated video, Time Capsule, as a reference.

I really wasn't sure on adding the nose lmao. It's because the series doesn't really makes their noses visible. But, in the end I added it because Kevin in this style looks so weird without a nose lmao. If he's front facing then I won't draw it, but side-facing? Yeah, I have to. Thank goodness I've seen how Sr Pelo draws his characters with noses. I wish it was easier to access those drawings though... Twitter/X is a nightmare...

Also, also..., I'm not too confident on the attire design... I wanted to draw something cute? But, I couldn't find any cute masculine sleepwear attire, so I had to improvise a lot here.

Plus, I usually will include a butterfly motif (in the form of ribbons usually) when drawing Kevin. He seems like a butterfly person. (I've explained why somewhere in this post I think.) Even if he is disgusted by bugs in the Kevin's Dream Job short lmao. I imagine it's those cases where he's okay with certain bug species, but not creepy crawlies like cockroaches. I think most people feel that way.

So yeah, you can see how much I've changed at drawing Kevin by comparing the pieces in this set lmao. My drawings are a chameleon. I find it difficult to stay consistent... but I try. Thank u.

This is a close-up of the laptop and scattered documents on the bed from the fanart.

I've included a lot of details that I'm not sure aligns with canon or not.

I wonder if Kevin is aware of the strange incidents in the town before he arrived there to work. There's still a lot of unknowns with Kevin's character honestly. I don't think Sr Pelo will reveal everything about him, since Skid and Pump are the MCs. Although, to me Kevin is like a deuteragonist or a potential antagonist in the series.

Maybe it's more like Skid is the MC, Pump is the deuteragonist, and Kevin (or arguably Lila) is the third MC/second deuteragonist. He appeared in most episodes (except the first and Streber short) and is like an anchor point of normalcy (or meaurement on the level of insanity?) in the series. Hm, in that line of thought, Kevin seems to share a lot of story roles with Lila... their interactions so far have been slightly antagonistic (since her son won't stop harassing Kevin, of course he's pissy with his mom lmao).

Plus..., I have a feeling Kevin is related to Skid in some way... Maybe it's the hairstyles. Skid's dad hair silhouette also looks similar to Kevin's back hair protrusions... hm, food for thought. I'll be pondering about this for a while.

Thank you!

Job hunting days

The final art for this set!!! Yippee!!! Hm, is working at Candyclub really his dream job? I wonder why.

Still, being at this stage of life is miserable. Can testify.

#spookymonth #srpelo #kevindolakmallory #kevinspookymonth #fanart #art #digitalart #spookymonthkevin #kevin

The fanart features the character Kevin Dolak Mallory from Sr Pelo's Youtube series, Spooky Month. The art shows Kevin lounging on his bed, researching for his future, while surrounded by various documents and a laptop. The room is dimly lit by the laptop's screen. The fanart uses Iselle Kim/mean velvet's short animated video, Time Capsule, as a reference.

I struggled hard with this one because I don't like working with dark colors lmao. Still, the last ref I'm using is in a dimly lit room, so I have to follow through. So yeah, a lot of second guessing when I was doing this. I hope it's still um, presentable at least.

This one was the longest time I took to finish. With each next piece, I took my sweet and expensive time more on finishing it. Hahahaha. At least now I can move on to other concepts that I want to draw with Kevin... while balancing with family and university duties. Yeah...

I'll be back on my other socials that I haven't been online for quite some time to share this set in a post. If it flops, it flops. (T^T) At least, I'm drawing the stuff that I want to y'know? Young adult life is a bummer.

Also, also, I wonder if Kevin really did want to work at Candyclub? Or, did he try other jobs before? He really hates his job in the recent episodes, so I ponder if he ever thought about changing to some other job location, OR he's staying at the current job because he wants to collect more money before changing. (Like buying that Polystation).

To me, I think he should change now if he hates it so much. The cult's getting closer...

Thank u for the love!!! I'll see you in the internet somewhere.

Some of the close-ups that I spent too much time on. I am not sure when Kev met Radford, but I think it's safe to assume they've already known each other in college years. Tq for the love. #spookymonth #srpelo #kevindolakmallory #kevinspookymonth #fanart #art #digitalart #spookymonthkevin #kevin

A close-up of the character's face part of the fanart. The character featured is Kevin Dolak Mallory from Sr Pelo's Youtube series, Spooky Month. The art shows Kevin studying while lying down on his bed with papers and notes scattered around him.

I am not sure if he had a terrible case of acne during his college years, but it was fun and funny to figure out and draw his face filled with it lmao. The doodle by Kev and Rad on the paper references Sr Pelo's Mokey's series btw.

Besides that, I am not sure if he ever went to college and what subject major he took if he did go. Why work at Candy Club? Is that his dream job? (to me, I don't think so). Plus, I am curious on whether or not Kevin is a native or an outsider in the town (not sure if the series ever explicitly mentioned the town's name or Sr Pelo has given it outside of the series). The reason I'm questioning that is because in the Kevin's Dream Job short, it is implied that he lives on his own. So, that leads me to question on where his parents are currently living. If his parents lived in the same town that the series is mainly focused, then that means there might be a chance that his parents are involved or know about the cult. But, it seems like Kevin isn't aware of the cult (early on in the series) so, that probably means Kevin originally lived in a neighboring town or somewhere further else than the horrifying town that we currently know so well. If Kevin's an outsider then hm... I'll think about this for a while.

Also, also, I've been debating on whether or not to draw him in the series' usual art style for his face. I think I can do it, but not for this art set. Maybe I'll try after finishing with this set first.

Hope u like my cutecore, pretty boy, twink-ish, masc femme and pinkcore way of drawing him for now lmao.

Even if this post isn't seen much, I still enjoyed doing this.

#spookymonth #srpelo #kevindolakmallory #kevinspookymonth #fanart #art #digitalart #spookymonthkevin #kevin

This part of the fanart close-up shows Kevin's cool decora kawaii cutecore pink flip phone, his notebook, and his pen. That I spent too much time on. Radford's calling? It's probably to ask how much Kevin's studied, lol.

I just wanted to draw cute stuff, honestly.

I draw Kevin in a lot of butterfly (looks like ribbons most of the time) motifs/imagery because of the ribbon in his default work attire and because butterflies are beautiful, but they don't have a long lifespan. If you've ever heard of, "Caterpillars dream, Butterflies fear.". Then that's what I'm going with of these flowery butterfly imagery/motifs with Kevin lmao. I think that quote from a Mili song (in Limbus Company) reflects some of Kevin's character. To me, at least, lol. RIP Kevin when Sr Pelo eventually points out the cult knife or just a gun at him in the later episodes hahahaha.

I see a lot of death flags of Kevin in the series, especially in the short about him, lol. Can he really predict the future? I'm wondering when he had that ability if what was implied in that short were to be true. Is it way before the series, or is it after his encounter with The Eyes of the Universe from the 2nd episode lmao. I guess we'll eventually know.

Thank u for tuning in on my second piece in this series. I'll be back after the 3rd is done.

All-nighters days

2nd part of this series, so same refs. This is around college years. Not sure if Kevin went thru it or not. He's very pink/cute core coded (its probs his color palette).
#spookymonth #srpelo #kevindolakmallory #kevinspookymonth #fanart #art #digitalart #spookymonthkevin #kevin

The fanart features the character, Kevin Dolak Mallory, from Sr Pelo's Youtube series, Spooky Month. Kevin is studying (pulling an all-nighter) while lying down on his bed with papers and books scattered around him. It seems his flip phone is ringing. This art uses references from Iselle Kim/mean velvet's short animation video on Youtube, Time Capsule.

ONE MORE FROM THIS SERIES and then I can move on to the other art concepts I had in mind for Kevin. This one took a longer time to finish than the first one because of my weird art process of trying every effect to see which one works the best lol. Very unorthodox, but it's how I roll, unfortunately...

I am not sure if all the details I've drawn in this align with the series canon. Still, it was fun and funny to draw him owning a sickass pink purikura flip phone and a face filled with the usual acne that people around that age might have. (I unfortunately am stuck with a face full of acne)

I'll include some close-ups of this art in this post. I think I spent too long on those lmao.

Will post these on my other socials once I'm done.

So yeah. Thanks for the feedback from the first art. I'll continue on for now. I hope I can finish this before October honestly.

Sleepless off days

Reference is from Iselle Kim/ mean velvet's animation short on Youtube, Time Capsule. I wonder if he lives with his parents or alone in an apartment...

Have a good day!

#spookymonth #srpelo #kevindolakmallory #kevinspookymonth #fanart #art #digitalart #spookymonthkevin #kevin

The art features the character, Kevin Dolak Mallory from Sr Pelo's series, Spooky Month in Youtube. The artwork shows Kevin listening to music with headphones connected to an airpod/mp3 player while lying tiredly/sluggishly on the bed. Beside him is a plush of himself (got it as a gift mayhaps, plus I just wanted to draw the plush).

This artwork was made with reference to IselIe Kim/mean velvet's animated video on Youtube, Time Capsule. I actually plan to use the video as a reference for more artworks of Kevin before moving on. So, that will take quite some time... but it's been fun experimenting so far.

I'll share all of these Kevin artworks on my other socials when I'm finished with drawing everything in this set. I just thought that some of the frames from that animated short suited his character somehow.

Also, does Kevin live on his own or with his parents or with his friends? I'm not caught up on all Sr Pelo's lore drops outside of the animated series.

See u later for now. Bluesky is glitching like hell for me now ToT.

The final variant! Featuring the femb- I mean featuring the young lad who deserves a raise (and a short break honestly). I think I made him too cute lmao. This is me before having a job.

Some of the variants. These full artworks were so hidden in the background, lmao. They can probably stand on their own from the main piece. Also, Bill Cipher reference, lol.

#spookymonth #srpelo #kevindolakmallory #kevinspookymonth #fanart #art #digitalart #spookymonthkevin #kevin

This background variant features the notes and papers that can be found in the Kevin's Dream Job short. In the back, close-ups of Kevin's distraught eyes can be seen.

I hope this mess can be understood lmao hshshhshshshs. I included a lot of details and snuck in some from my headcanons as well.

Also, Kevin is quite adorable for a grumpy man. I wonder why he's like that (besides from the obvious annoyance and seething anger he feels towards the CHILDREN and weirdness of the town lmao).

#spookymonth #srpelo #kevindolakmallory #kevinspookymonth #fanart #art #digitalart #spookymonthkevin #kevin

This is the lowest layer of the background art. It features Kevin looking distraught and hurt. Like how Sr Pelo bullies him /jkjkjkjkjk lmao.

I intend for the eyes to reflect Skid and Pump on the left side and the cultist aiming a knife on his right. (The major sources of misery for this poor guy) But, I don't think I did it that well...

Also..., is Sr Pelo gonna decimate this young lad? He has given him so many death flags lmao. Wishing for his safety in future episodes.

This is the version without the weird reflection in his eyes.

He seems lonely and isolated to me. I just get that vibe from his character. Similar to Tohru Adachi, but not as extreme as him. Yet.

Based on Kevin's Dream Job short and Mourn's, Money Can't Pay PMV from YouTube. The recent episode final parts were so funny lmao. Thank you to Sr Pelo and his team.💐
