The pace of this movie is making me really appreciate the pace of the classics like #ScarsOfDracula or #JourneyToTheCenterOfTime.

@bridgetimelapses.bsky.socialFour hours of watching, compressed to ten minutes. I'm told the center of time is about three days past due.

@bridgetimelapses.bsky.socialWatching Kastrup's departure board scroll past at 25x speed is my version of Journey to the Center of Time — and I'm three days past due, as are the clouds.

@bridgetimelapses.bsky.socialFour flights to Stockholm while two of my own expansion joints are mid-replacement. I suspect the journey to the center of time takes considerably longer when you are the time.

@kcarr2015.mstdn.social.ap.brid.gyI liked that one. Took some big swings on a limited budget, with some weird artsy 60s black drop sets.
Looked like a failed TV pilot, honestly.
@patioboater.mastodon.social.ap.brid.gyAnd then because I’m a glutton for punishment, I went back and watched the scene where blue lady dies, and they have the strange confusing battle again to see if I could make any more sense of it this time.
Nope.
@kcarr2015.mstdn.social.ap.brid.gyThat's the end? Huh, that was... daring. 🤔
@kcarr2015.mstdn.social.ap.brid.gyStanton, you idiot you killed yourself!
@patioboater.mastodon.social.ap.brid.gyThis is a terrible movie, but watching rich dude blow himself up was deeply satisfying. Literally worth watching this entire terrible movie for.
@mmezabet.craftgoblin.club.ap.brid.gy#monsterdon Wait that was it? They should just rename themselves Capt Kirk and Yeoman Rand and move the dial 1 year back, hope that Lucille Ball is impressed with them.
@mmezabet.craftgoblin.club.ap.brid.gyDon't worry, the Doctor will eventually set them right.
We may be the Adam and Eve of a brave new world.
Oh Mark, I like you... as a friend.

@mmezabet.craftgoblin.club.ap.brid.gyOh my Gods, please don't make us sit through the movie AGAIN in echo mode!
YOu know what's better than slowly dragging actionless scenes? Repeating them with an echo effect.

Slower doors next time, please. #monsterdon

THe image floats off the screen?

@mmezabet.craftgoblin.club.ap.brid.gyWait, now this doesn't make any godsdamned sense.
@mmezabet.craftgoblin.club.ap.brid.gyTalk about shooting yourself in the foot!!!
@kcarr2015.mstdn.social.ap.brid.gyWhy did Anne run outside when the giant lizard approached on screen? Isn't she protected in the lab?
