#octoberhorrormoviechallenge Day 18: #inferno Maybe not really in the same quality as Suspiria, but it's still a great movie & also still one of director Dario Argento's best movies. It also has a great atmosphere & the Mater Tenebrarum song really does a great job building up the suspense for the movie's climax, it's like the feeling you get when you're almost near the final boss in a video game. The 2nd movie of Argento's The Three Mothers trilogy, the 1st one being Suspiria & the 3rd & last movie being Mother of Tears. Mother of Tears is not only the weakest & worst movie in the trilogy, but it's also one of Argento's worst movies. It doesn't have the atmosphere & the suspense like Suspiria & Inferno, it doesn't have any memorable music score or soundtrack, and it has a lot of bad CGI effects, cause it was made & released in the early 2000's! The movie could have been or at least looked better If it had been made in the 80's instead, the movie would even have looked better in the 90's despite being a weak decade for Argento. #darioargento #leighmccloskey #darianicolodi #witch #witchcraft #corpse #underwater #stabbedintheneck #eyesinthedark #eyespoppedout #witchhands #stabbed #bitten #grimreaper #italianhorrormovies #bloodandgore

#octoberhorrormoviechallenge Day 17: #suspiria This is a masterpiece in Italian horror with great mix of supernatural, giallo & slasher. It has great suspense, an eerie & creepy, but great music by Goblin & of course, great gore effects. The 1st movie of director Dario Argento's The Three Mothers trilogy, with the other movies being Inferno & Mother of Tears. In 2010's they had the nerve to make a remake of this movie! Not only is it very unnecessary, but it's blasphemous! But at least that piece of shit movie never got the same recognition as the original movie & it's pretty much forgotten today! Fuck the remake & watch the original Dario Argento movie instead, god dammit! #darioargento #jessicaharper #udokier #witchcoven #eyesinthedark #impaledbyglass #biting #hanged #possessedcorpse #bleeding #witchcraft #italianhorrormovies #bloodandgore
