Walking backstreets of #Balat, Istanbul I came across these toys in a truck. #istanbullife #livinginturkey Sides are perspex & I'm not sure if it's a snazzy delivery van, mobile display case or something else. There was no sign or other clue. What do you think? All ideas welcome.

Quality control or security guard? I'm not sure which but I do know is this kedi takes the job very seriously. #catsinistanbul #lisamorrowwriter #istanbullife #livinginistanbul Find out why cats are so loved in Turkey on my website #InsideOutInIstanbul. www.insideoutinistanbul.com/cats-in-turk...

#istanbullife Think every #ikea comes in identical put together yourself kit + Allan key? Last time I checked IKEA in my hometown of Sydney didn't have prayer room, complete with ablutions basin, complimentary worrybeads to use & reminder not to enter in shoes! #lisamorrowwriter

I went to buy some bread at my local shopping street here in #goztepeistanbul & suddenly found myself in Paris. Well that'd be the case if I lived in France rather than #livinginistanbul #Turkey. Nonetheless I like their use of French to stand out from the crowd! #istanbullife
