Turns out that Yandex Pay has been linked to crypto exchanges, including Garantex.

Garantex (which also ran banking for #Hamas), transferred $95 million dollars to #IslamicJihad in the Gaza Strip & the West Bank, just 2 days before the #October7th terrorist attack.
