It's that time of year when tasks like holding a glass are hard! Cold weather makes fine motor skills tough for arthritis patients. It might look easy, but it is a difficult thing to do for many arthritis patients.

Life with arthritis: It's that time of year when tasks like holding a glass are difficult. Cold weather makes fine motor skills tough for arthritis patients. It might look easy to hold a glass or pick up a pen, but it is a difficult thing to do for many arthritis patients. I've had grip and strength problems for over a decade. To this day, my grip and hand/wrist/arm strength continues to decline. I never thought it would be so difficult or painful to perform a simple task that most people do not think twice about. I also find it difficult to use cutlery and chopsticks! I have life hacks for getting around it on extra difficult days. Do you struggle with 'basic' tasks that no one gives a second thought to?
