Our urinalysis reports our WBC as cells/HPF - is there a way to correlate this to the literature available regarding pyuria cut offs? The literature notes cells/microliter. WIKI has > 5 cells/hpf. I just wanted to see if other institutions ran into this issue? #IDsky #IDbluesky
