@hazelebaumgartner.bsky.socialI set up a Kindle countdown promo for #Heliruna this past weekend for the UK and then forgot to advertise it, like, at all. Oops.
Anyways, US readers - if you're still on the fence about spending $3.49 to read Heliruna, it'll be $0.99 on Kindle on October 25-26, then slowly go back up from there.
@hazelebaumgartner.bsky.socialSent in by a fan. I guess this is the kindle version of showing me #Heliruna on your bookshelves.
Good way to start your weekend off early, though. If you wanna enjoy some lesbian witch horror too, you can get Heliruna here:

@hazelebaumgartner.bsky.social#Heliruna isn't on the #BannedBookWeek official list, but it certainly could be. While reading works by long dead authors is great, reading brand new releases by queer authors that They WANT to ban is arguably a better way to stick it to the man.
If you like lesbian horror, try this.

@hazelebaumgartner.bsky.socialNo instances of 'petal' in either of my current WIPs, but there is one in #Heliruna, which is out now.

@hazelebaumgartner.bsky.socialAlso reminder that if you *have* read #Heliruna and enjoyed it, it's free to leave a positive review on Amazon, Goodreads, and wherever else, and it helps out the algorithm a ton!
@hazelebaumgartner.bsky.socialLol that's Sabine from #Heliruna to a t. Guess there wasn't a name for the trope until now.

@hazelebaumgartner.bsky.socialI don't want to spoil it, but I included a red herring in #Heliruna that I'm pretty proud of. I usually don't use them. I'm more of a Chekov's Gun person, which is pretty much the opposite of a red herring.
@hazelebaumgartner.bsky.socialPeople are starting to get their copies of #Heliruna in. If you bought a copy, post a picture, tag me, and use the hashtag. I LOVE seeing my books on peoples' shelves.
@hazelebaumgartner.bsky.socialAlmost forgot, but my new novel #Heliruna is literally about a lesbian love triangle between three young women, but one of them is dead. Which makes it perfect for #SapphicSeptember!
You can grab a copy here:

@hazelebaumgartner.bsky.social#Heliruna is up to #48 in the 'Witches and Wizards' genre on Amazon, which again I did not realize was a thing until earlier today 🤣

(I love that that's its own category).
