@firecatrich.bsky.socialHello! I'm Rich. I'm working away on a sequel to #HeatAndHighwater. It's a fantasy focused on the romance of three magical boys that need to kiss it better. A bomb landed in my planning. I got the H&H manuscript back from my editor and A TON to think about for both. šš„ā ļø
@firecatrich.bsky.socialI'm going to follow the same format with the sequel for #HeatAndHighwater and have chapters from each of my trio. I think it allows for a fuller story of the conflicts and closeness. A dragon, unicorn, and kelpie all have very different ideas and desires. š

@firecatrich.bsky.social#HeatAndHighwater follow a trio but the story started around Eoin. He is a relatively young unicorn that was forced to leave his forest. He wants to go home but it isn't there anymore so he struggles to find himself in a world that very human-centric.
@firecatrich.bsky.socialFor those that don't know me I'm Rich. I'm working on a sequel for #HeatAndHighwater and I think I have all the major conflicts and events mapped out and I'm in the phase of brainstorming supporting and the connective tissue surrounding them.
@firecatrich.bsky.social#Kinktober: Dirty talk
@firecatrich.bsky.socialMy project for this fall will be the sequel for #HeatAndHighwater and I already have a collection of illustrations to accompany it. š
@firecatrich.bsky.socialLike #HeatAndHighwater, I'll be keeping with the fantasy romance with a focus on the main group's ploy mlm dynamic. I think there is a very different approach to tackle since the first book was the group getting together.
@firecatrich.bsky.socialFor those that don't know me, I'm Rich! I'm a freelance illustrator and comic creator. I've been dabbling with prose and for #FirstDraftFall I'm working on a sequel for the manuscript that I wrote last year, #HeatAndHighwater. I have a lot of ideas and time to cook. š
@firecatrich.bsky.socialGasp! A wild #HeatAndHighwater freebie? Happy harvest season to all you Northern Hemisphere folks.~
@firecatrich.bsky.socialOh oh! I wasn't really sure how this piece was going to work with the style/colour I've been doing for the rest of #HeatandHighwater but I think it really came together! Woo!
This week is the goodies for patrons. Supports eat first and all that. I couldn't do it without them. š
@firecatrich.bsky.socialHe monch! š
@firecatrich.bsky.socialThe #HeatAndHighwater manuscript is currently in the hands of an editor, but in the mean time there are illustrations and the first 10 chapters of absolutely feral prose over in the usual place.
