1) On #hardpower autonomy, I see a cautious move in the right direction despite continued security #dependency on the #US.

3) The #hardpower to keep it running: The coalition needs enough relevant material resources – from financial contributions to regulatory control over specific industries – and must be able to wield them independently from the #US or other powers.

9/11 and the war on terror have catalysed the crisis of #US leadership and the #LIO:

1) US #hardpower omnipotence was challenged by the terrorists striking its military and economic core, and further undermined by #foreverwars until the chaotic exit from #Afghanistan.
