For mini quilts & wallhangings, raw edges on your fabric don’t matter.
Building a picture, cut from fabric, is fun way to create a design.
I even used a snip from a selvage, in this one.

The fabric I created the playing cards with, inspired the game theme.

Using some lovely blue & white fabric motifs, I made a feature of them, on this mini quilt.
I added lace accents, decorated buttons, and ribbon roses, to fill the vase. 👏🤩💙💛

The left one is green lace, back to back & slightly overlapped, to make a line for the cross-stitching.
The right one is a band of fabric, with scalloped blanket stitches and buttons.

I took a bunch of different sized circles of fabric and folded them into hexagons.
On the folded side, added a tiny circle to the center of the hexies and then a few leaves.
Plus stitched some embroidery to finish these pretty flowers. 👏🤩💚🧡
