Adrian and Andrzej Lewandowski retired from the race, as the Ferrari of Baron Motorsport Team was suffering from technical issues. It has allowed Joel Monegro to turn a 10-point deficit in the Am championship into a 10-point lead over Adrian Lewandowski.

Constantin Dressler and Joel Monegro won in Am despite a 10-second penalty for spinning the Porsche of Lars Pedersen in Variante del Rettifilo. Alfredo Hernández Ortega and Stéphane Tribaudini finished second in class ahead of Dennis Waszek and Piotr Wira.

Alexander Fach, now 8 points behind Bateman, crossed the line fifth in class with Alexander Schwarzer, after the Fach Porsche drivers lost out to the ISR Audi of Libor Milota and Filip Salaquarda, and the Olimp Ferrari of Karol Basz and Marcin Jedliński.

Charles Bateman is the new championship leader in Pro-Am after the Monza enduro. He won the class together with Henrique Chaves aboard the Blackthorn Aston Martin ahead of the CBRX by SPS Mercedes-AMG of Yannick Mettler and Dexter Müller.

Championship leaders Tom Emson and Tom Lebbon had to settle for the fourth spot with the Elite Ferrari, keeping the Motopark AMG of GT Open debutants César Gazeau and Nikita Mazepin behind as well as the AF Corse Ferrari of Rafael Durán and Tommaso Mosca.

The podium was completed by the Greystone McLaren of Dean Macdonald and Zac Meakin, and the ZRS Porsche of Pietro Armanni and Alex Fontana, as both took advantage of the late crash of Götz.

Meakin now has a 16-point deficit in the championship standings.

Only Maxi Götz, whose Motopark AMG led a big portion of the race from pole, was within ten seconds of the leaders. However, he crashed hard in Ascari with two laps to go due to a wheel failure, destroying his and Christian Mansell's championship hopes.

Leonardo Moncini and Rodrigo Testa took victory in the GT Open 500, the 87-lap race at Autodromo Nazionale Monza. The Villorba Corsa Lamborghini had to overcome two 5-second penalties, one for a short stop and another for overtaking outside track limits.
