Timber, Doing some deep pressure therapy on mom. Mom was really disregulated worrying about adult kiddo after the Bend incident today. Rough day for sure.

It was my yearly house calls nurse day through my insurance. He really enjoyed her visit. She enjoyed him as well 💗

I was disregulated. My cortisol levels were up. He curled up in my lap, and I could I feel my body let go. All the tension melted away, my heart rate slowed, and sinked with his. He is more than my best friend, he is the best medicine.

My pride, my joy, my peace in the storms of life

It was an exciting day for Timber. Walks with humming birds, and the squirrel hiding in between my flower pots, having a full on argument, cussing him out. Then mom baked cookies. Good, eventful day.

Timber found an owl pellet on our morning walk. He found one back during our first summer here. This was such a fun enrichment walk 💗 I love when we can here the owl in the trees at night.
