I've had surgery for heel spurs, bunions and hammer toes. I have neuropathy. Long story short my feet suck and they are in pain all the time. Work is standing for 8 hours.

A day of people working out what it was, gout is normally in a single joint, single limb. Wheelchair bound Diet is key + Allopurinol.
