One bad review won't ruin your business. A bad reply to it can. Most people try to delete it, but Google only removes reviews that break its policy. Understand the problem, reply calmly in public and never argue. When did you last get a bad review?

Google says Googlebot fetches up to 2MB for a webpage. If your page has bulky inline images or scripts at the top, your business details can get pushed past that cutoff. Bytes past that 2MB threshold are entirely ignored. Worth checking with who built your site.
