🍞 Last week I baked #gluten-free sorghum + brown rice flour #bread. A little squat, but the most successful GF loaf I've baked so far. I told him to wait until I toasted it, but Brad had a nibble from the first slice and declared it good!

We are happy that www.betterhalfpdx.com, a vegan-friendly sandwich shop, has re-opened at their new location on NW Thurman St in the former Food Front space in #PDX. They have delicious #vegan options for all their sandwiches, and many can also be made #gluten-free.

Top Left: Vegan Beast, which consisted of house-made cow-free roast beef, cow’s milk-free provolone, caramelized onions, shredded lettuce, tomato, horsey sauce, and green sauce on a house-made hoagie.
