Why #Geriatricians need to care about #economics among other reasons. I'm more tuned into #economic and #finance news than most, but there are going to need to be a lot of #healthcare providers and neighbors checking in on the #elderly because we are not in the business of killing people en masse.

I couldn’t think of any movies with #Geriatricians but the Big Sick for #hospitalist work- I loved the movie and the #medical part is limited but no you do not need an OR and general anesthesia and a thoracic surgeon to do a diagnostic thoracentesis
