これは昨日食べた夜メシ。濃厚ごま豆乳担々麺。美味い。かなり美味くできた。刻んだニンニクと刻んだ生姜と豚ひき肉を豆板醤と味噌で炒めて、酒と水と無調整豆乳とねり胡麻と顆粒鶏ガラ入れて煮込んだら絶品肉味噌スープ完成。多めに入れた生姜がめちゃくちゃいい仕事をしてくれた。麺は激太麺。もやしもボリュームアップと口当たり変化の楽しさを担ってくれて素晴らしかった。本当は青梗菜も入れもうと思っていたけどスーパーで買っていたのは小松菜だったと直前に気づいたので無し。あはは。
