Went to #therapy today & apparently I need to learn how to actually #feel my #feelings instead of #intellectualizing them. I'm so used to making sense of everything, but some things just won't make sense, no matter how logical I am. And that's where the #frustration comes in. Still figuring it out.

Work at your own pace.
It doesn't have to be a lot.
It doesn't have to be groundbreaking.
It doesn't have to be exciting.
Do it because you can.
Do it because you want to.
Do it because you feel like it.

Just write.
Just write because you feel like it.
Just write because you want to.
Don't mind the thoughts from it.
It might not make sense right now.
It might not have perfect meaning.
But its your thoughts.
Not anyone else's.

📰 Nuevos detalles del anime de noa-senpai wa tomodachi

Esta adaptación del manga original de Enma Akiyama se estrenará en televisión en 2027. #Feel #NoasenpaiwaTomodachi

It also works for me, on #Windows10. This will make @veowind.bsky.social #happy. I don't know if @cyan.com will react to an #informal #bug #report, so I'll #email them some time in the #future when I #feel #like #it. They have their email address in the #readme, so I presume it's still #active.
