@authormorganshaw.bsky.socialOne of my favorite things about staring a new project is getting to approach writing from a new direction and with new tools. I'm jealous of people who nail writing their book perfectly the first time, but for me, the discovery of what works is the magic! #writing #fantasy #fantasywriting #books
@liviaroman.bsky.social2 hours - 1,582 words. Right on target so far: 7K words right when I needed to be there to stay on schedule.
Crossed 110,000 words in the book total so far.
Excellent!

@liviaroman.bsky.socialSqueezed in just a little writing today to give myself some cushion (589 words) to make sure I hit my 20K goal this month. I'm over the 5K I should be at currently, so yey!
@liviaroman.bsky.socialTwo good days this week, 1 meh, and 3 sucky (only 351 words today).
Guess I am using some time this long weekend to catch up on the weekly word count goal.
@maikelakkermans.bsky.socialI'm currently working on a project where the constellations (Pisces, Scorpio, orion etc) are gods and people bring them offerings and in return get magic. And then one of them gets murdered. #FantasyWriting, #Worldbuilding #FantasyMystery

@rvillanova312.bsky.socialDid some writing of the latest chapter of Dust and Shadows. Itβs a flashback, and we see a little bit of a jerky side of Peter.

I think I'm going to go with a weekly goal of 5K instead of a daily goal of 1K on the weekdays. Gives me the weekend to catch up if I need to. π

@liviaroman.bsky.socialOnly got 341 words in today, but considering the last two days were extra, I'm still on track if I want to do 1K a day to get 20K in a month.
But I have GOT to step up my game!
@thewildlander.bsky.socialAdding not only humans, but also #fantasy races to my small victorian town.
Any Greek, Roman or Egyptian creatures that would fit my town?
