@welbeckps.bsky.socialLast week, Nursery hosted a Story Café all about Goldilocks & The Three Bears 🐻🐻🐻👧🏼
They started by performing the story for and singing a song all about Goldilocks, then did some fun craft activities with their lovely grown ups! We are super proud of how well they performed! 🎭🎤🎶

@welbeckps.bsky.socialF2S started their first drawing club yesterday ✏️
Our story this week is The Little Red Hen. As a class we drew the Hen from our story and then we had our first try at writing a word! We wrote the word “Hen”.
@welbeckps.bsky.socialReception enjoyed Friday story time with our headteacher, Ms Gittins today 📚We joined in with the story of The 3 Little Pigs as part of our ‘All About Me’ topic. We decided that the house made of bricks was the strongest! 🧱🏡💪🏼 Thank you Ms Gittins 😁 #EYFSatWelbeck #ReadingAtWelbeck
@welbeckps.bsky.socialThis term in Nursery we have been thinking about ourselves. This week we made self portraits, thinking carefully about our hair, eyes and skin and comparing them to our friends. We learned that we are all unique in our own way and that’s what makes us special!

We’ve had fun role-playing in the home corner, exploring messy play, and meeting our brand new class guinea pigs, Buddy and Howie! 🐹
