Character inspiration chart for Alekos with line art portraits of Rengoku from Demon Slayer, Zagreus from Hades, Dimitri from Fire Emblem Three Houses, Achilles (my specific inspo from Song of Achilles !!), Yorik from Hamlet (although the inspo is legit just Hamlet but I didn't just want to draw A Guy), and then Thorfinn from Vinland Saga!

OCtober Day 7: BACKSTORY

How can you expect to move forward when all you do is look back?

#oc-tober #bweirdOCtober #bweirdOCtober2026 #art #ocart #dnd #espoeria

A full illustration of a snowy landscape, with Alekos as a child holding a dogger covered in blood, and a current Alekos standing behind him. In front of them both is the dead form of their father. Adult Alekos has his back toward it, but his face turns back with a grave expression, as if he canā€™t and will never completely turn away.

trying out oc-tober on the side with a lil day one exodus šŸ«¶ he has grown so much!!

heā€™s become my favorite because of his story but the connections iā€™ve made because of him are irreplaceable. heā€™s given me so many fond memories.

a doodle page of my dnd leonin character, exodus! the bottom left shows his current outfit with his mane pulled back into a bun and an uncertain look to him. he wears a chest plate with a cloak tucked into the armor and another sash lining his torso. the middle sketch is a dazed, younger exodus post-lightning strike. his mane is shorter and his scarring is fresh. the top right is a baby exodus flustered and screaming, ā€œshut up!ā€ most likely from other pride kids making fun of him. bottom right is a 12 year old exodus grumpy and sticking his tongue out. you can see his mane starting to fill out a little bit!

who will you have left when youā€™re done being the hero?

#espoeria #ocsky #dndart

A drawing of Exodus, my leonin d&d character, in a dark void, his legs tucked close to his chest and arms wrapped limply around his knees. His head is buried in his arms as he pays no mind to the rest of the world. The child of light sits next to him, a small featureless figure made completely of light with solar flares and stars swirling within and around them. It stares curiously up at Exodus and sits similarly, lighting up a small portion of the endless void. Behind the two, melting into the void are the people Exodus has grown close to throughout campaign. From left to right, The Deer, The Scarlet Magpie, and his own goddess, The Octopus. The three all share a divine status, but Exodus has been tasked to rid Espoeria of its splintered pantheon in order to save it and restore the child of light as the true god. Exodus sits alone, thinking about them, and wishing there was another path.

Two halfbody complex renders of Alekos and Booker, laying on the ground at night. Booker leans above Alekos and reaches for him, a determined but dulled look in his eyes, as if he's being pulled forward by his heart. Alekos looks at him with his mouth slightly open, and ready for a kiss :'3
