Another Englestaadt post?

Why, yes indeed 😊

Played our first game of it last week (editing the photos and writing it up now) but here’s a picture of the gang in-situ and of all the figures I’ve painted for it so far (not very many 😂)

A scenic view of the team that took part in the game last week. From left to right; Karsten, Tristan, Holstein, Carsten and Neistan. Figures are a mix of Crooked Dice and Antediluvian painted in a black and maroon quartered scheme. The backdrop is one of the timber framed buildings I’ve finished off for the up and coming campaign. Twelve low fantasy medieval style figures on a warm grey background. Quite an eclectic mix of weapons but they’re all painted with a quartered black and maroon colour scheme. With the exception of the priest of The Church of the One God in the middle and a poor old civvy second from right that seems to have found his way into the photo

Another little Englestaadt post today. Haven’t done much for the project but I am able to do little bits every now and then.

Here is a proclamation stage. For announcing death sentences, wanted criminals or mushroom quotas 😬

Front view of the proclamation stage on a warm grey background. There is a little stand with a simple lectern on the left. In the middle is the notice board (with a notice on it because that’s what they’re there for) and on the right is a wary guard ready for action against farmers rioting about the mushroom quotas this year. All the wood is a warm brown and the paving is various shades of grey with occasional little tufts here and there. Rear three quarter view of the same showing some announcements on the lectern. The rear of the stage is very empty as I though it would be good to be blue to have figures up there, potentially stabbing the proclamation announcer 😈
