On Saturday my #walktober stroll was with the Met Walkers from @ramblers.org.uk along the #EnglandCoastPath / further #Thames #estuary to Whitstable and got me my first own view of the Maunsell sea forts.

In terms of food, the #MaltCafe serves one of the best #breakfasts I’ve ever had. Pretty handy, too, if you plan to walk 15 miles, as we did, from Worthing to Bognor Regis, part of our #EnglandCoastPath.
